Inventory Management
Introduction
SwiftSell is an inventory management platform designed to help businesses track, manage, and sell stock efficiently. The platform focuses on clarity, speed, and scalability, making inventory management simple for teams of any size.
As the Product Designer, I led the UX/UI design of the platform, translating product requirements into intuitive workflows and creating a scalable interface for both managers and sales staff.
Challenge
Inventory systems often overwhelm users with complex features, confusing workflows, and unclear data presentation. Key challenges included:
Making complex inventory processes simple and intuitive
Supporting multiple user roles (manager and salesperson)
Reducing cognitive load when tracking stock, sales, and orders
Building a scalable design system to support future growth
The goal was to create a solution that improved operational efficiency while being easy to adopt.
Research & Insight
I analyzed how businesses currently manage inventory and sales, reviewed competitor tools, and mapped user pain points.
Key insights:
Users need clear visibility of stock levels and sales performance
Role-specific interfaces reduce confusion and improve efficiency
Simplicity in navigation increases adoption
Visual hierarchy and actionable feedback help users complete tasks faster
These insights guided a user-centered approach focused on clarity and usability.

Developed role-specific dashboards for managers and salespeople
Created intuitive workflows for adding, tracking, and selling inventory
Designed a clear visual hierarchy for easy monitoring of stock and sales
Built reusable UI components to support consistent experience across the platform
